1. 30-Day Return Window
We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for all standard products purchased online. You can return eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to inspection. Custom designs or customized engravings are not eligible for returns.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a refund, the returned jewellery must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, pristine condition, showing no signs of wear, scratches, damage, resizing, or alteration.
- All original packaging must be returned, including the luxury inner gift box, outer protection box, and padding.
- You must provide the original sales invoice and original packaging materials.
- Security tags or labels attached to the piece must remain completely intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made designs, bespoke orders, and products with customized engravings requested by the customer.
- Items showing signs of custom alterations.
- Items returned past the 30-day return window.
- Products that show signs of modification or damage not reported immediately upon delivery.
4. Return Pickup and Shipping
We provide free, fully insured return shipping within India for eligible returns:
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp. We will coordinate a pickup date.
- Our authorized logistics partner will pick up the package. Do not hand over the package without verifying the pickup agent's identity.
- Ensure the package is sealed securely using the packaging materials provided during collection to maintain insurance coverage.
5. Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving your package, our state-of-the-art laboratory and expert gemologists will inspect the piece:
- We verify that the returned product matches the original description, quality, and weight.
- The inspection process generally takes 2 to 4 business days from receipt of the item at our fulfillment facility.
- If the item passes inspection, we will approve the refund. If the item shows signs of wear, resizing, or missing certificates, the return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
6. Refund Method & Timelines
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately:
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment channel used during purchase (credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI via PayU).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT / IMPS transfer.
- Refunds normally take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
