To place orders or book showroom appointments, you may be required to verify your details:
- OTP Verification: We use secure One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to your mobile number to authenticate your identity. You agree to provide a valid, active 10-digit mobile number belonging to you.
- Session Security: Local login tokens are stored securely in your browser to maintain your session. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to your account and devices.
2. Product Accuracy & Metal Pricing
We make every effort to display the details, metal weights, and gemstone characteristics of our jewellery as accurately as possible:
- Product Information: All products are premium imitation/fashion jewellery. They are not made of real gold and do not include BIS Hallmark or gold certification.
- Fashion Jewellery Information: Our products are premium fashion/imitation jewellery only. We do not sell real gold or precious metals.
3. Purchases, Payments, and PayU
When you purchase products from Sonu Bin:
- Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through PayU, a secure external transaction processor compliance with PCI-DSS. We do not store or see your raw credit card, debit card, or net banking numbers.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for eligible pin codes and cart values. COD orders are subject to confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call prior to shipping.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Handover
We offer free, fully insured shipping on all orders pan-India:
- Delivery Security: Due to the high value of jewellery shipments, deliveries will only be handed over to the buyer or authorized recipient upon presenting a secure pin code sent to the registered mobile number, or a physical signature.
- Fulfillment Timelines: Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout, but may be subject to minor variations due to location accessibility or logistics partner delays.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Custom Orders
Our return policy is governed strictly to protect value and authenticity:
- Refund Policy: Returns and refunds are managed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Eligible standard designs can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Bespoke Items: Customized engravings, custom-crafted designs, and resizing modifications made at the customer's request are completely non-returnable and non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to texts, high-resolution product photographs, brand logos, custom UI designs, graphics, and software scripts, is the exclusive property of Sonu Bin and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sonu Bin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, shipping delays by carriers.
