1. Delivery Timelines & Areas
We provide free shipping on all orders across India. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: Deliveries to major metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune) typically take 3 to 5 business days.
- Non-Metro Cities & Regional Areas: Deliveries to tier-2 and tier-3 cities, as well as regional towns, usually take 5 to 7 business days.
- Service Coverage: We deliver to over 15,000 pin codes across India. If a location is non-serviceable by our primary courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative secure handover.
2. 100% Insured Shipping & Transit Security
Your peace of mind is our highest priority:
- Full Transit Insurance: All shipments from Sonu Bin are fully insured. In the extremely rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, you will receive a full refund or a replacement item at no additional charge.
- Tamper-Proof Packaging: Our jewelry is placed in a luxury presentation box, which is then sealed inside a durable, waterproof, tamper-proof courier bag. Do not accept the delivery if the outer box or seal appears to be broken or tampered with.
3. Secure Handover & Verification OTP
Due to the high value of our precious jewelry packages, we enforce strict security protocols during delivery:
- OTP Verification: At the time of delivery, a secure One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the mobile number registered with your order. You must share this OTP with the delivery agent to release the package.
- Authorized Recipients: Packages will only be handed over to the buyer or a pre-authorized family member. Delivery agents may request a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm identity.

We partner exclusively with India’s leading secure logistics providers specializing in high-value bullion and jewelry transport, including Blue Dart, Sequel Logistics, and BVC Logistics. Your package is monitored continuously throughout its transit journey.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our showroom, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, and SMS. This message will contain a secure tracking link and airway bill (AWB) number so you can track your shipment in real time.
